We had the pleasure of working with Tricia from late December 2008 through May 2009. Never have we worked with a more thorough, knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent. We were living in Michigan at the time and the form of purchase was a short sale. It was a long and arduous process and we never would have been able to see the process through without the guidance of Tricia. She patiently answered every question we had, not to mention resolving every problem that came along, and there were many throughout the process. She was excellent at staying on top of things every step of the way and always kept us updated. Not once did we doubt that she was looking out for our best interests.
